SPECIAL BOARD OF EDUCATION

MEETING NOTICE

The River Falls Board of Education will meet on Monday April 23, 2012, at 7:00PM in the District Office, 852 E Division St., for a Board Reorganization meeting.

Agenda items include: Call to order, manner of public notification of meeting, signing of official oaths, election of officers, meeting gavel turned over to newly elected president, signing of signature cards for the district’s check signer (president, clerk and treasurer), determination of meeting schedule, membership/ representative appointments, set the treasurer’s bond, designate bank depositories, acknowledge Conflict of Interest statement, acknowledgement/recognition, hearing of visitors or delegations, designate Board members to distribute diplomas at graduation, affirm meeting dates for May, set the date of the 2012 Annual Meeting, adjournment. A quorum of the board will be present.
