CITY OF RIVER FALLS, WISCONSIN

OFFICIAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS

ONE (1) Tractor Backhoe with Front Wheel Drive

(Equipped with Extendable Dipper Stick,

Hydraulic Thumb & Multi-Purpose Bucket)

The City of River Falls, Wisconsin will accept sealed bids for furnishing one (1) Tractor Backhoe equipped with Extendable Dipper Stick, Hydraulic Thumb & Multi-Purpose Bucket until 10:00 a.m. May 8, 2012, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in Kinni Room of City Hall, located at 222 Lewis Street, River Falls, WI 54022.  The envelope in which the bid is sealed shall bear the name and address of the bidder and the notation, “Tractor Backhoe.”

Instructions for Proposals and Specifications may be obtained from the Engineering/Public Works Department, 222 Lewis Street, River Falls, WI 54022, 715-426-3409 or e-mail rwronski @rfcity.org. The City of River Falls reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City of River Falls.
