Town Board to meet Tuesday, April 10

Annual Meeting &

Monthly Board Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting for the Town of Pleasant Valley will be held on Tuesday, April 10 at 7:30pm at the town hall.

Immediately following the annual meeting the monthly town board meeting will be held.

Agenda: Call meeting to order, Pledge of Allegiance, agenda approval, minutes from prior meeting and approval, financial report and approval, building permits, accepting annual mowing bids for the town cemetery with possible action/ approval, new and old business, chairman’s report, approve and pay monthly bills, other items to be presented to the board (no action necessarily taken), then adjournment.

The Town Board will further meet on Saturday, April 21 at 9am at the town hall for the annual town road inspection. Annual town clean up day has been scheduled for May 19 from 9-1pm at the town hall for Pleasant Valley residents only.
