AD FOR BIDS: St. Croix Vallley Habitat For Humanity Eco-Village Construction

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids for the construction of the Eco-Village site, River Falls, will be received at the office of St. Croix Valley Habitat for Humanity, at 116 E. Elm Street, River Falls, Wisconsin 54022 until 4:00 pm the 13th day of April 2012. No bid shall be submitted by means of email, facsimile machine or similar equipment.

Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be examined at either of the following offices:

A copy of the Plans, specifications and contract documents on CD may be obtained from the St. Croix Valley Habitat for Humanity office upon payment of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Payments for CD should be made payable to St. Croix Valley Habitat for Humanity and are nonrefundable. Plans will be available the 2nd day of April, 2012.

Envelopes containing bids must be marked on the upper left-hand corner “Proposal – EcoVillage” and with the name and address of the bidder and addressed to St. Croix Valley Habitat for Humanity.

In general the work consists of the construction of:

- Approximately 1,050 ft. lf of public roadway

- Site preparation for 18 residential units, including grading

and utilities

St. Croix Valley Habitat for Humanity reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous. Thank you for your interest.
