Community comes out to fight cancer
On Friday, March 23 and Saturday, March 24, Relay for Life participants walked around the RFHS gym, raising more than $154,000 for the American Cancer Society.
On Friday, March 23 and Saturday, March 24, Relay for Life participants walked around the RFHS gym, raising more than $154,000 for the American Cancer Society.
90 cancer survivors, representing over 750 years of survivorship, kicked off the event with a ‘Survivor’s Walk.’
Other events included a spaghetti dinner, silent auction, ‘Dude Looks Like a Lady’ contest, hula-hoop contest, breakfast and more.
