AT ITS MARCH 13, 2012,

MEETING, THE COMMON

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVER FALLS ADOPTED THE

FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:

Ordinance 2012-04– Rezoning of Land in Whitetail Ridge Corporate Park from I, Industrial to C, Conservancy. This ordinance amends the Official Zoning Map and the Comprehensive Future Land Use Map of the City of River Falls by changing the zoning designation of I-1 (Industrial) to C (Conservancy) for the Whitetail Ridge parkland.
