The River Falls Town Board will meet on Monday, March 5, 2012 at 8:00 P.M. at the River Falls Town Hall, W9015 770th Ave. AGENDA: Minutes; Financial report; Board/staff communications; Public comments & requests; Planning Commission recommendations (see agenda below); Award bid for replacement dump truck; Resolution #2012-B, A Resolution to Amend the 2012 Budget to Purchase Replacement Pick-up Truck; Set the 2012 road tour date; Revise town fee structure for utility permits; Application from Century Link to place utilities in road right-of-way; Resolution #2012-C, A Resolution to Close out the 2011 Budget; Animal control process and contract with Goodhue Humane Society; Annual Meeting topics; Future agenda items; Audit & pay bills. Action may take place on any of the above agenda items.

8:30 P.M. Public hearing on proposed Ordinance #2012-3, An Ordinance to Extend Town Officer Terms in Response to Election Law Changes. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available from Ruth Stern, Town Clerk at 715-425-7373.

6:30 P.M. – Plan Commission Agenda: Minutes; Comments & requests; Zoning report; Building permits on replacement dwellings; Discuss large gathering ordinance; Comprehensive review of Chpts. 1-14 of town code; Work on Chpt. 14 of code book review.
