a. Tom Jenkins from Rural Insurance to address the Board.

b. Tom and Melanie Waldon, 495 Old Cemetery Road,

requesting a variance for an addition to a non-conforming

principal structure within 75 feet of Kinnickinnic River

ordinary high water mark, discussion and action.

c. Recommendation from the Plan Commission for a Wind

Turbine Ordinance moratorium, discussion and action.

d. Dates for April meetings, Town Board and Annual meeting,

discussion and action.

IX. OLD BUSINESS

a. Adopt the resolution fee schedule, discussion and action.

b. Dog License; letters to dog owners when dogs run at large

and unlicensed dogs, discussion and action.

c. ISO Survey, and if the Board would like to hire Brian Wert

to file so the town will participate in the survey, discussion

and action.

d. Fire Call letters sent out by Bob Loberg and how to

proceed, discussion and action.

e. Road Committee update and recommendation from the

Road Committee for the Quarry Road bids, discussion and

action.

f. Land Use Committee update, discussion and action.
