Commencing at a point in the center of the intersection of the Town roads lying to the North and West of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Northeast Quarter (NE ¼), Section Twenty-six (26), Township Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Eighteen (18) West, thence East along the center line of the Town road lying along the North side of said parcel 400 feet; thence South parallel with the West boundary line of said Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Northeast Quarter (NE ¼), 660 feet; thence West 400 feet to the center of the Town road lying along the West boundary of said Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) to a point 660 feet South of place of beginning; thence North along the center line of said road to the place of beginning.
