LETTER: Not recovery, but gloom and doomMillions of people are totally unemployed. Many millions more are trying to subsist on part-time work.

Millions of people are totally unemployed. Many millions more are trying to subsist on part-time work.
Tens of millions of full-time workers have taken pay, hours worked, and benefit cuts.
Also, for many of the above, their greatest asset, their homes, have lost 40%-60% of their value from just six years ago.
While people are earning less and their net worth is declining, food, fuel, health care, insurances, college tuition and utility costs are rising.
We are headed in the wrong direction.
While some say the economy is recovering, I say we are printing the recipe for economic disaster.
