This photo shows a wet Hwy. 63 and standing water in Hager City around 8 a.m. Wednesday. Various sources report that generally, roadways that weren’t plowed or treated with salt brine were slushy and slippery; those that had been treated or plowed were mostly wet with many slick spots.
