PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, March 1, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. at the Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following requests under the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The Board will view the site in question, after which the Board will deliberate and vote on the request.

SPECIAL EXCEPTION

1. APPLICANT: Teens for Christ

LOCATION: NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 4, T28N, R19W,

Town of Troy

ADDRESS: 538 Old Highway 35

REQUEST: Amendment to condition #10 of the special

exception permit to allow a temporary structure (replica

tabernacle) for an educational exhibit approved by the

St. Croix County Board of Adjustment on December 22, 2009.

SPECIAL EXCEPTION & VARIANCES

2. APPLICANT: Elizabeth A. MacDonald (estate of)

aka Lot 2 of Riverview Acres, Town of St. Joseph

REQUEST: Item #1: Variance for expansion of a legal non- conforming principal structure in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District pursuant to Section 17.36 I.2.e.1)i)i of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.

Item #2: Addendum variance for reconstruction of a nonconforming accessory structure (deck) in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District pursuant to Section 17.36.I.3.b. of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.

Item #3: Special exception permit for maintenance and repair of a lift in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District pursuant to Section 17.36.F.3.a.3) and subject to the performance standards in Section 17.36.H.13 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.

ADDRESS: 495 Old Cemetery Rd.

REQUEST: Variance for expansion of an existing non-

conforming principal structure that encroaches within the

OHWM setback of the Kinnickinnic River in the Ag Residential

and Shoreland districts pursuant to Section 17.31(2) of the

St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance
