2012 Quarry Road Improvements
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Town of Kinnickinnic, Wisconsin until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at Town Hall, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following items in the approximate quantities indicated:

Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Contract Documents prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. dated February 9, 2012.
The Bidding Documents may be seen at the issuing office of Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. located at 156 High Street, Suite 300, New Richmond, WI 54017, and at the Kinnickinnic Town Hall located at 1271 County Road J, River Falls, WI 54022

Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bids shall be directed to the Town Clerk securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, “BID FOR 2012 QUARRY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS.”
Contractors on the project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin.
The Town of Kinnickinnic reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Town.
