PUBLIC NOTICE: UW-RF Youth Options Program Personal Information

PUBLIC NOTICE

If you participated in the Youth Options Program through the University of Wisconsin- River Falls between the years of 1995 and 1998, please take notice of a possible unauthorized acquisition of personal information due to an electronic publication.  Upon becoming aware of the publication, the University of Wisconsin-River Falls immediately removed this content from its website.  Any incident that potentially exposes personal information could contribute to the risk of identity theft.  Therefore, we encourage those who may be affected to take steps to protect their identities and monitor credit reports.  Questions may be addressed to:  Joseph Harbouk, Vice Chancellor, Administration and Finance, 410 S.
