NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of River Falls Utility Commission will meet on Monday, January 16, 2012, immediately following the 6:30 p.m. Regular Meeting in the Foster Conference Room of City Hall located at 222 Lewis Street. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the following items:

1. Update on Water Rate Study

2. Update on Utility Commission/ Advisory Board Transition

The purpose of this workshop is for information exchange only. No action will be taken on the items discussed.
