PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action on August 8, 2011, in the amount of $97,120.75, the Sheriff or his assignee will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

DESCRIPTION: That part of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Eighteen (18) West, Town of Kinnickinnic, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Lot Four (4) of Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 2 of Certified Survey Maps, page 371, as Document No. 340126. Together with roadway easement as described on said Certified Survey Map.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 364 Old Cemetery Road, River Falls, WI 54022
TERMS: Cash; down payment required at the time of Sheriff’s Sale in the amount of 10% by cash, money order, cashier’s check or certified check made payable to the St Croix County Clerk of Courts; balance of sale price due upon confirmation of sale by Court. Property to be sold as a whole 'as is' and subject to all real estate taxes, accrued and accruing, special assessments, if any, penalties and interest.
