PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on July 19, 2011, in the amount of $168,804.80, the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

TIME: January 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.

TERMS: 1. 10% down in cash or money order at the time of sale; balance due within 10 days of confirmation of sale; failure to pay balance due will result in forfeit of deposit to plaintiff.

A parcel of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 28 North, Range 18 West, Town of Kinnickinnic, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of that Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 2, Page 467, of St. Croix County Certified Survey Maps, the point of beginning of the parcel to be herein described; thence South 89 degrees 40` 20" East 90.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00` 50" East 730.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 40` 20" West 90.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00` 50" West 730.00 feet to the point of beginning.
