NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of River Falls will conduct public hearings on the following:

6:31 p.m.

1. Ordinance 2011-13 - Amendment to Section 16.20.010 D and E - Dedications for Parks and Recreational Areas - Second Reading and Disposition

6:32 p.m.

2. Liquor license Application for “Class B” Liquor and Beer License for Mainstreeters of River Falls Inc., Shannon Gervais, Agent, Mainstreeter Bar & Grill – Hearing and Disposition

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2011, at the times listed above in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 222 Lewis Street. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk and the River Falls Public Library.
