NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION

School District of River Falls

April 3, 2012

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the School District of River Falls on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. The term of office for school board member is three years beginning on Monday, April 23, 2012 and ending Monday, April 27, 2015. Candidates will be elected from the district at large.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT A Campaign Registration Statement and a Declaration of Candidacy must be filed no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012. These documents may be filed at the Administrative Office Building, School District of River Falls, 852 East Division Street, River Falls, Wisconsin 54022, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or mailed to the address noted above, or filed personally with the school district clerk. (Please note – the school district offices are closed beginning December 23rd through December 30th.)

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2012.

A description of the school district boundaries can be obtained at the school district administrative office.
