The River Falls Town Board will meet on Monday, November 18, 2013, immediately following the public hearing and special meeting of town electors which begins at 7:00 P.M. (posted below) at the River Falls Town Hall, W9015 770th Ave.
AGENDA: Minutes; Financial report; Board/staff communications; Public comments & requests; Planning Commission recommendations (see agenda below); Tower Update; Road work reports; TRIP grant application; Replacement of brush chipper; Approval of 2014 town budget; Discussion on dog/ kennel licensing; Fire call collections report; Tax enclosure letter; Future agenda items; Audit & pay bills. Action may take place on any of the above agenda items.
6:30 P.M. Plan Commission Agenda: Minutes; Comments & requests; Zoning report; Discussion on Tower Ordinance; Blasting Ordinance; Comprehensive review of Chpts. 1-14 of town code; Work on Chpt. 14 of code book review.
7:00 P.M. Public Hearing and Special Meeting of town electors to approve the 2013 (payable in 2014) town tax levy and 2014 highway expenditures. More information on the proposed town budget has been posted on the town website at www.riverfallstown.com.
