Snowy winter weather may have made the morning commute difficult Monday, Feb. 17. Around 12:30 p.m., a car could be seen in the ditch off of Hwy. 65, just outside of River Falls. A winter storm warning issued around 1:30 p.m., by the National Weather Service predicted a snow accumulation of around four to six inches Monday. The warning recommended drivers use caution, and plan extra time for travel.
