Pierce County's St. Croix Valley League teams all won their first Wisconsin Baseball Association Saturday afternoon.

At Osceola's Okey Park, Ellsworth overturned a 4-3 deficit with a two-run blast from J.P. Paulson which as the Hubbers beat the Eau Claire Bears 8-4.

Paulson took the fastball down the middle 365 feet over the centerfield scoreboard. Mitch Johnson got the win.

Defending WBA champ River Falls played right after Ellsworth and downed Bruce 12-2. Ellsworth and River Falls will take on each other Sunday at 3 p.m. in Osceola for a trip to the state tournament next weekend in Osseo.

Prescott, meanwhile, won its first regional playoff game 12-2 over Taylor County in Hayward. The Pirates play the host team today, also at 3 p.m.
