Email

Green Bay Packers' Head Coach Mike McCarthy says he's prepared to keep moving forward should quarterback Brett Favre retire.

On Fox Sports Radio Tuesday, McCarthy said he's excited about back-up Aaron Rodgers and how he's developing.

Rodgers would replace Favre should the three-time MVP decide he won't return for his 18th NFL season.

McCarthy said he was planning to talk to Favre Tuesday. Favre promises a quick decision this time.
