Davis, husband and wife; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Intervale Mortgage Corporation; Capital One Bank, Defendants.
By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure made in the above-entitled action on November 19, 2008, I will sell at public auction in the Lobby of the St. Croix County Courthouse, located at 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on May 26, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., all of the following described premises, to wit:
Lot 7 and part of Lot 8, Block 5, Westside Addition, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence N89°40'13"E, 10.0 feet along the South line of said Lot 8; thence N00°24'33"W, 65 feet along a line parallel to the West line of said Lot 8; thence N45°W, 14.1 feet, more or less to said West line of Lot 8; thence S00°24'33"E, 75 feet, more or less, along said West line of Lot 8 to the point of beginning.
