STATE OF WISCONSIN, CIRCUIT COURT, ST. CROIX COUNTY

PHH Mortgage Corporation f/k/a Cendant Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Robert J. Krejci, Jane Doe Krejci n/k/a Kathey Krejci, Inter Savings Bank, fsb and American Investors Bank and Mortgage, Defendants.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on October 17, 2008 in the amount of $279,857.07, the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

TIME: August 25, 2009 at 10 a.m.

TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold 'as is' and subject to all liens and encumbrances.

PLACE: On the East steps of the St. Croix County Courthouse, in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County.

DESCRIPTION: That part of the Northwest 1/4 Northeast 1/4 Section 25, Township 28 North, Range 20 West, described as follows: Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 7 of Certified Survey Maps, Page 2047 as Document No. 443340. Said land being in the Town of Troy, County of St. Croix, State of Wisconsin
