Northbound driver rolls over on highway
A 19-year-old UW-River Falls student from St. Paul rolled her car on Hwy. 35N after 10 p.m. Monday, March 3, near County Road U.
Jessica Mueller was not seriously hurt. River Falls Fire and Ambulance units were sent because Mueller couldn’t get out of her vehicle.
Highway signs were damaged by the collision. The St. Croix County Highway Department was notified.
Mueller said she was driving along, going 65 mph, when she suddenly lost control and tried to over correct her vehicle’s swerve.
She was unable to regain control and ended up hitting a snowbank off the highway.
Her vehicle, which sustained moderate damage, rolled and came to rest on the passenger side.
