The Ellsworth Medical Clinic had 46.7% of their diabetic patients optimally managed. Spring Valley Clinic had 35% of their diabetic patients optimally managed and River Falls had 31.7% optimally managed -- all three exceeding the average clinic's outcome and surpassing the national average of 12%.
