Editor's Note: The Pechacek family's Christmas display was badly damaged in the winter storm that raged through the area earlier this week. They are working on repairs and hope to have the lights and displays ready for viewing by Dec. 18

The holiday season is here with many things to do, but take time to enjoy the lighting displays in store windows and houses.

The lighting display at Roman Pechacek's farm will be on from 6-10 p.m. Dec. 12-Jan. 1.

Many new things have been added. However, when the weather is stormy, windy or rainy, the display will be off as these conditions can cause electrical problems.

Again, we will be collecting food and donations for the food pantry. It's a great time for the Christmas spirit to help those less fortunate. There will be containers provided.

Come and enjoy the display by driving through the yard. There will be treats for the kids.

To get to our farm, go past Dick's Fresh Market on South Main Street, take a right at Comforts of Home on County Road FF, go about five miles.
