On Saturday, July 27, the St. Croix Valley Bar Association hosted the volunteer River Falls Fire Department in the first of a series of estate planning clinics called "Wills For Heroes."  Twenty-four firefighters and spouses each received a will, financial and health care power of attorney and living will. The participating attorneys included Max Neuhaus, Elizabeth Rohl, Bridget Finke, Margaret Kaiser, David Sienko and Jennifer O'Neill. According to Neuhaus, the attorneys donated over $20,000 in legal services over the course of the full-day clinic. Wills For Heroes is made possible through a partnership of the national Wills For Heroes Foundation, the Wisconsin Bar Association and private donations. First responders interested in hosting a Wills For Heroes Clinic or those interested in making a private donation should contact Neuhaus at 715-425-7281 for more information.
