BALDWIN--Former Arizona Senator Lester Pearce, and board member of the National Center for Constitutional Studies, will be the instructor and facilitator for "The Making of America" seminar, which will be held at the Orchard restaurant in Baldwin, Saturday, Feb. 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Among his long line of accomplishments, Pearce, now judge, worked with President Reagan on formulating the first Constitutional Day proclamation, helped over 200 young men become Eagle Scouts and was instrumental in development of a comprehensive Charter School system in Arizona. Pearce also authored one of the most successful vocational training bills in the nation.

As board member of the National Center for Constitutional Studies, publisher of the 5000 Year Leap, Pearce travels around the country conducting seminars which educate the general public on the elements and founding fathers of the first truly free nation. The seminar offers a refreshing look at the solid political and economic principles from the preamble through the amendments to the Constitution. Participants will learn, perhaps for the first time, how nearly every problem in America today can be solved by restoring these successful concepts.
