North Hall, the second oldest building on the UW-River Falls campus, turns 100 this year. It was recognized during a program held Feb. 4 that featured a tour and scavenger hunt throughout the building. The event was the first of several centennial events planned by the North Hall Centennial Celebrations Committee. Other events include:
- April 10-11 -- The University of Wisconsin Board of Regents are meeting at UWRF -- North Hall historical display boards will be on display, probably in the University Center.
- May 17 -- Commencement -- North Hall historical display boards will be in the University Center.
- Oct. 4 -- Homecoming -- An open house will be held, similar to the event held Feb. 4, but this time it will be open to the public.
