Breaking News: Tornado warning back on; watch is until midnight
As of 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, a tornado warning for the River Falls area has been re-issued. The National Weather Service warning covers St. Croix and Pierce counties. It has been extended until 5:30 p.m. Also, a tornado watch for St. Croix County will be in effect until midnight. Earlier this afternoon, a tornado was reportedly sighted near Emerald by Glenwood City. More bad weather in the form of rotational clouds was moving northeast over Martell and Spring Valley as it came from the Ellsworth area. Storm sirens went off a second time in River Falls.
