Art studios open for visits April 27
A nonprofit organization, Wisconsin Northwest Heritage Passage, is sponsoring a day for citizens to visit five local art studios within the St. Croix Valley. The event is Saturday, April 27, beginning at 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Visitors will see a variety of demonstrations while enjoying refreshments and snacks. Projects to see include, stained glass, torch work, sewing, quilting, pottery, weaving and much more. Those who visit all five locations can enter for a chance to win a gift certificate for a class at one of the participating locations.
Participants include ThunderWillow Community Arts (1615 Maxwell Drive, Hudson); Sew Little Time Quilting Shop (212 Walnut St., Hudson); Color Crosssings (201 N.
