Another record-breaking dry week forecast for state
Lawns are getting brown again in parts of Wisconsin. It has not rained at all this month in many parts of the Badger State.
And Wausau, Oshkosh, Rhinelander and Appleton have broken records for going the longest in September without measurable precipitation.
Green Bay is expected to tie the same record today.
And there's not a word about rain in the statewide forecast all week long. About the only moisture folks will see is occasional fog in the early morning hours.
A dense fog advisory is in effect until 10 a.m. in northwest Wisconsin.
Otherwise, another sunny and unseasonably warm day is in store with highs in the 70s and low-80s.
Forecasters say cooler air will push into the Great Lakes Tuesday, and we could see more normal temperatures around mid-week with highs in the 60s and 70s.
