STATE OF WISCONSIN, CIRCUIT COURT, ST. CROIX COUNTY

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust Series 2006-3, Plaintiff, vs. Marty C. McCabe, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as a nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan and Highland Bank, Defendants.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on December 8, 2008 in the amount of $659,196.19, the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

ORIGINAL TIME: June 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold 'as is' and subject to all liens and encumbrances.

PLACE: On the East steps of the St. Croix County Courthouse, in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County.

DESCRIPTION: That part of Government Lot Three (3), Section Twenty Six (26), Township Twenty Eight (28) North, Range Twenty (20) West, Town of Troy, lying North of the South line of said Government Lot 3 (being also the North line of Government Lot 2), West of the centerline of the town road now known as Glenmont Road, and Southeasterly of a boundary line which runs from a point on the shore of Lake St. Croix in Government Lot 2; thence Northeasterly to a point in Government Lot 3 on the centerline of said town road, which boundary line is more particularly described as follows: From the Southeast corner of Government Lot 2 of said Section 26, go West on the South line of said Government Lot 2 a distance of 623.0 feet; thence N30o10'W a distance of 378.5 feet; thence N21o34'W a distance of 977.3 feet along the centerline of the town road; thence S88o56'W a distance of 421.0 feet to an iron fence post at the top of the bluff above Lake St. Croix; thence continue S88o56'W a distance of 125 feet, more or less, to the shore of said lake, being the point of beginning of the boundary line described herein; thence N70o00'E a distance of 72 feet to a point 60.0 feet South of the North line of said Government Lot 2; thence East parallel with said North line a distance of 86 feet, to a ¾ inch iron pipe in the remnants of an old barbed-wire fence line; thence N59o14'56"E through the North line of said Government Lot 2 (being also the South line of said Government Lot 3), along said fence line a distance of 202.72 feet to a 1 inch iron pipe; thence N78o00'44"E along said fence line a distance of 161.71 feet to a 1 inch iron pipe on the Westerly right of way of said town road; thence continue N78o00'44"E a distance of 33 feet, more or less, to the centerline of said town road and the point of termination of said boundary line described herein.

Also, that part of Government Lot Two (2), Section Twenty Six (26), Township Twenty Eight (28) North, Range Twenty (20) West, Town of Troy, lying Westerly of the centerline of the town road now known as Glenmont Road and Northerly of the following described line: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Government Lot 2 of said Section 26; thence West on the South line of said Government Lot 2 a distance of 623.0 feet; thence N30o10'W a distance of 378.5 feet; thence N21o34'W a distance of 812.3 feet along the centerline of the town road to the point of beginning of the South line of the parcel described herein; thence S78o05'W to the shore of Lake St. Croix, the point of termination of said South line of the parcel described herein;
