The harmony and chorus singing groups, Croix Chordsmen and Vallee de Croix Sweet Adelines, will be dispatching its members on Friday, Feb. 13, and Saturday, Feb. 14, to deliver singing Valentines to sweethearts throughout western Wisconsin and the St. Croix Valley. Sofia Cole, 13, of Ellsworth, spends time with Precious at the UW-River Falls Mann Valley Farm with Camp Badger Exploring Engineering Camp last summer. The residential weeklong camp is for Wisconsin and Minnesota students entering 8th grade who are interested in math and science. As part of the camp, participants explore various engineering fields and what careers are involved.
