This is the current UW-River Falls dairy production room where cheese and ice cream are made. With the upcoming renovation, the ice cream and cheese production will be in separate spaces to allow concurrent production and for the installation of new, state-of-the-art equipment.

Renaissance Academy ninth-grader Ryenn Junker, trims the bottom of a bowl, putting a “foot” on it. It will be one of many donated to UW-River Falls’s Bowls for Hope by Anne Buchholz’s art class. Gina Pedriana-Basche’s advanced ceramics class at River Falls High School and Kelyn King’s Meyer Middle School art club will also contribute bowls.
